At the end of each quarter, you'll receive a notice in your AccèsD inbox, informing you that your statement is available.

Legal documentation online

Once you've signed up to receive statements online, you'll also receive all of Desjardins Funds legal documentation electronically.

Legal documentation includes transaction notices, Desjardins Funds Simplified Prospectus and Amendments and the Desjardins Funds Annual Report.

As with your online statement, a notice in your secure AccèsD inbox will confirm receipt of legal documentation.

All documents will be stored in the secure AccèsD environment and you can save them on your computer and print them if necessary.

AccèsD storage period:

  • Transaction notice – 120 days
  • Desjardins Funds Simplified Prospectus and Amendments – 12 months
  • Annual Report – 6 months

Register

Sign up for AccèsD, if you haven't already done so, by dialling 1-800-CAISSES.

Then, to register for online statements, choose the method that's easiest for you.

  • Log in.
  • Click on
    • The Savings and Investments tab
    • Investment Statements in the left menu
    • Register for online statements displayed in the Status column.
  • Read and accept the terms of use

  • Q. Is the online statement identical to the mailed statement
  • R. Yes. It's identical. However, the online version gives you the option to enlarge the characters for optimal on-screen readability.

  • Q. How long will my statements be archived so I can view them if needed?
  • R. All statements are archived for two years from the date you registered for online statements.

  • Q. If I register for online statements, can I change my mind and go back to paper statements?
  • R. Of course! Simply contact your caisse advisor or dial 1-800-CAISSES.

  • Q. What happens if I hold investments in several Desjardins caisses?
  • R. Signing up for the eStatement gives you access to your Desjardins Funds investment statements at each Desjardins caisse where you hold mutual funds.

  • Q. Can I register for online statements if I have jointly held investments?
  • R. Yes. But if you hold joint investments and want to sign up for the eStatement, you must advise the joint holder(s) that they will no longer receive Desjardins Funds investment statements by regular mail. However, they may also want to sign up for the eStatement. If they can't sign up for the eStatement, or do not wish to, they should contact their caisse advisor or customer service at 1 800 Caisses, to continue receiving a statement by regular mail at the end of each quarter.
