The Desjardins Funds Simplified Prospectus dated January 15, 2009, is divided into two separately bound sections. Together, these two documents constitute the complete Simplified Prospectus.
Annual Information Form
The Annual Information Form contains additional information regarding the Simplified Prospectus, namely each Fund’s history for the last ten years, investment restrictions, as well as policies and procedures.
